Luca Notarmuzi

In 2022 he joined Eni, where he held positions of increasing responsibility within HR Organisation. In October 2010, he entered Polimeri Europa, now Versalis. A year later, he became Head of HR Organisation. In 2018 he was appointed Vice President of HR Organisation in the Refining & Marketing division. In 2020 he became Head of Organisation within Energy Evolution General Department.

With an Economic and Business degree from “Sapienza” University in Rome, he led reorganisation projects in highly complex and shifting scenarios.

Since March 2024, he is HR Business Partner at Eni Rewind.
