Experience
Clara got her degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. She joined Eni in 2002 where she started her career as an R&D geophysicist, focusing on the development of innovative technologies for subsurface exploration.
She later held several managerial positions within the Exploration division, including the ones as West Africa Area Manager, Head of Technical Assurance, Digital Transformation Partner and Head of Subsurface Data Management. She also served as Head of Business Support Services and Transformation Program Director within Eni’s Natural Resources General Direction.
Prior to being appointed CEO of Eni Rewind, she was Chair and CEO of Eni Next LLC, Eni’s Corporate Venture Capital company based in Boston, USA, which invests in high-potential innovative start-ups.
